Shipping Information

Shipping is carried out using UPS Ground and tiered according to weight.  Cost will be automatically calculated during checkout.  For most orders, expect a wait of 4-7 days from the shipping date.  Currently, shipping available to U.S. addresses only.

Weight per unit:

Photo plain - .5 lbs
Matted - 3 lbs
Matte + frame - 10 lbs

Shipping weight tiers:

0-2.99 lbs - $9.99
3-9.99 lbs - $16
10-29 lbs - $25
30+ lbs - $36

Easy Returns & Exchanges

If your print is should become damaged upon shipping, or is for any reason unsatisfactory, please e-mail theartcartnyc@gmail.com or send a message through the contact page citing the issue, and return print(s) in original packaging to:
